CancelLation | No Show | Policy

Due to the high demand of our services & staff, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations.

DEPOSITS

We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit for all appointments at the time of booking for any services. Deposits will be applied to your service(s) and will remain on your A&S account. Should you decide to cancel/reschedule before your appointment date, your deposit will be considered payment towards any cancellation fees.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule ALL appointments. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24 hour period will be subject to pay 50% of the TOTAL service(s) fee, NO EXCEPTIONS! “No shows” will be charged FULL service(s) cost. NO EXCEPTIONS! All appointments require a credit card and a 25% none refundable deposit at time of booking. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us by text/phone at 828-575-9909 or by email hello@ashesandsteelstudio.com as soon as possible! Please note that it is the clients responsibility to make all efforts to contact A&S to cancel/reschedule their appointment. Messaging through social media will not be considered a form of cancellation.

“REFUNDS”

We understand that sometimes we may not always get it right, Rest assured we are 100% dedicated to reassess and make any adjustments needed at no additional cost within 72 HOURS. Just give us a call right away to make arrangements to get you back in with your stylist.

ASHES & STEEL STUDIO DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES ONCE THE CLIENT HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE END OF YOUR SERVICE!

ASHES & STEEL STUDIO is not responsible for ANY decision changes after consultation, commencement or completion of service. Should you change your mind, we are happy to make any adjustment at the clients cost.

BOOKING QUESTIONS Not sure what you’re needing? Send us an email or give us a call to speak to our concierge. For an in-depth conversation for your service, you can schedule a 30 minute consultation with any of our stylists in salon so that we may create a customized plan for you. Virtual consults are available for general color or cut questions.

SPECIALTY SERVICES & CONSULTS Keratin Treatments, Great Length Extensions, American Wave Perms and Color Corrections require a consultation before booking to assess your hair type, texture, and health and assure the best results for your service. For specialty treatments and wedding parties, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits for group bookings are refundable with a 30 day notice.
