BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the highest level of service for every guest, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled services. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on your account and may be applied toward any applicable cancellation fee or a future appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services.

  • Missed appointments (“No Shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made by phone, text, or email. Requests submitted through social media or other messaging platforms are not accepted.

Service Adjustments

If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.

Our team will evaluate your concerns and, when appropriate, provide an adjustment at no additional charge. Adjustments are intended to address the original service and are not considered a new service.

Refund Policy

All completed services are non-refundable.

If you have any concerns with your service, please notify your stylist or a member of our management team before leaving the salon whenever possible. This allows us the opportunity to address your concerns promptly.

Requests to change or modify a service after the consultation, during the appointment, or after the service has been completed are considered new service requests and will be scheduled and charged accordingly.

Consultations

If you’re unsure which service is right for you, our concierge team is happy to help.

For more in-depth planning, we offer in-salon consultations to create a customized service plan based on your goals. Virtual consultations are also available for general haircut and color questions.

Specialty Services

The following services require a consultation prior to booking:

  • Great Lengths & Bellami Hair Extensions

  • Keratin Treatments

  • Color Corrections

A 50% deposit is required for all specialty services.

Wedding parties and group bookings also require a 50% deposit. Group booking deposits are refundable when canceled with at least 30 days’ notice.
